Airport attack: ATC issues arrest warrant for ASF assistant director
KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Karachi issued an arrest warrant on Monday for the Assistant Director of Airport Security Force (ASF).
The hearing of the Karachi airport attack case resumed today in an ATC.
The ATC said that Assistant Director ASF, Muhammad Iqbal is a plaintiff in the case and despite several notices has not appeared in court.

The ATC said that Assistant Director ASF, Muhammad Iqbal is a plaintiff in the case and despite several notices has not appeared in court.
Three suspects were arrested in the Karachi airport attack case; Sarmad Siddiqui, Nadeem alias Burger and Asif Zaheer.
As many as 28 persons, including personnel of ASF and 10 foreign militants were killed during the attack, while TTP and Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan (UMI) had claimed the responsibility for the attack.
