IHC dismisses all petitions filed to halt LB elections
ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has rejected all petitions filed to halt local bodies elections in the federal capital.
Justice Noorul Haq Qureshi and Justice Aamir announced the verdict, reserved on Tuesday.
In the decision, the court stated that as the matter is being heard in the Supreme Court, therefore the IHC could not interfere.
