KARACHI: The Meteorological Department has forecast cloud cover to stay for the day (Saturday) but is expecting the heatwave to return on Sunday with temperatures crossing 40 degrees Celsius again.
While the temperature is expected to stay range-bound between 33 and 36 degrees Celsius on Saturday owing to the brisk blowing sea breeze from the south west, the Met Department is expecting another spike for Sunday and Monday when temperatures are expected to reach 41 degrees Celsius.
The Meteorological Department adds, that until a weather system forms in the Arabian Sea, there is no chance of rainfall in Karachi.
