Met department forecasts sandstorm for Karachi
KARACHI: The meteorological department has forecast a sand storm for Karachi today, Thursday.
According to Dr. Muhammed Hanif, Director Met department, the sand storm is expected in the evening. He adds, that the sea breeze is expected to return to normal by Friday which will break the intensity of the current heatwave.

KARACHI: The meteorological department has forecast a sand storm for Karachi today, Thursday.
According to Dr. Muhammed Hanif, Director Met department, the sand storm is expected in the evening. He adds, that the sea breeze is expected to return to normal by Friday which will break the intensity of the current heatwave.
While the Met department has forecast rainfall for Dera Ismail Khan and Kashmir, there is no rain forecast for Sindh, Punjab and Balochistan. The Met department has warned that temperatures are likely to soar again over the weekend.
