LAHORE: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced to protest in the Punjab Assembly against load shedding.
PTI leader and Punjab Assembly Opposition Leader Mian Mehmood-ur-Rahseed said a resolution condemning load shedding will also be presented during the assembly session.
The PTI leader in a statement said his party would keep reminding the PML-N of the election promise it made to eliminate load shedding in six months.
The protest will take place during the budget session of the provincial assembly and it is expected that other parities will lend their support.
