LAHORE: Law Minister Punjab Rana Sanaullah has said Pakistan People’s Party supported the constitution and not the government and ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) during sit-in politics in the country.
Talking to media, Rana Sanaullah termed sit-in politics a ‘conspiracy’ and said people stood up against it. He said PPP also supported the constitution and not the government and PML-N at that time.
The provincial law minister went on to say that his party will also stand by the constitution if such situation emerged in future.
