MULTAN: A double murder convict was hanged in Central Jail on Monday morning.
According to details, Khizar Hayat had murdered his father-in-law and brother-in-law in 1997.
He was executed by the jail authorities after a local court issued his death warrants.
The government has decided to put a moratorium on executions during the month of Ramzan that will start this month.
