MULTAN: A suspected robber was killed Sunday when police foiled a robbery bid at a house in Multan.
Police said they arrived at the scene when the robbers were present at the house located in Multan's Vehari road. A gun battle ensued between law enforcers and the robbers, resulting in the killing of one of the dacoits while his three accomplices managed to escape.
A police SHO was also injured in the operation.
Following the incident, police cordoned off the area and started a search operation for the suspects.
