Ikram Lahori hanged in Kot Lakhpat Jail
LAHORE: Ikram Lahori, a death row prisoner whose execution was suspended earlier on January 8, was hanged here on Saturday.
The prisoner, who was found guilty of murdering Nayar Abbas in 2001, was subjected to a medical examination before the execution.
The execution was carried out amid tight security around the detention facility. Lahori had shot dead Nayar Abbas in Shorkot.
