JACOBABAD: Six people were injured as the engine and three bogies of Jaffar Express derailed after a blast at railway track in Jacobabad early on Saturday morning.
According to police, the rail service was suspended after the explosion near district jail. It created 10 to 12 feet deep crater at the site of the blast.

According to police, the rail service was suspended after the explosion near district jail. It created 10 to 12 feet deep crater at the site of the blast.
Police and Rangers have cordoned off the area. Rescue work has also been launched after the explosion.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Sindh, Syed Qaim Ali Shah has condemned the blast and directed the commissioner and district administration to expedite rescue and repair work.
According to the spokesman, Qaim Ali Shah has also sought report from IGP Sindh over the blast.
