Zardari’s witty response when told he is sitting in Nawaz’s chair in court

ISLAMABAD: Former President Asif Ali Zardari appeared before the accountability court  over fake bank accounts case on Monday. 

Talking to journalists outside the court before the trial, Zardari, when asked about his sentiments on sitting in the same chair once  occupied by former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, joked in a light manner, "Miyan sahab is a high profile personality, we are not." 

Another reporter commented about Zardari's sister Faryal Talpur being in the same position as Maryam Nawaz. 

 To this, he wittingly replied: "I hope you are happy." 

Meanwhile, the court has postponed the hearing in Zardari and Faryal's fake bank accounts case till 16th April, 2019.
