ISLAMABAD: Security arrangements for former president Asif Ali Zardari and Faryal Talpur’s appearance at the accountability court over money laundering case tomorrow have been finalized.
As per reports, the Islamabad police will be deploying 2,000 police personnel and 200 Punjab Rangers officials on Monday as the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) chairman and his sister will appear before the court in the money laundering case.
It was revealed further by DIG Operations Waqaruddin Syed that the NAB courts will prohibit entry to all unauthorized people.
Earlier on March 20, PPP party workers and the police were caught between a skirmish as the two party chairmen arrived at the courts to record their statements.
