KARACHI: Temperatures are expected to soar to a high of 40 degrees centigrade on Sunday as predicted by the Meteorological department.
As per reports, the metropolis will reach a high of 40 degrees while Lahore and Peshawar will experience a rise till 36 degrees.
On the other hand, Islamabad is said to reach 32 degrees with a light rain prediction as well and temperatures in Sukkur will soar to 44 degrees.
Moreover, Rawalpindi, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan are also predicted to experience light showers.
Earlier on Saturday, Karachi’s mercury level was recorded at 39 degrees while Sukkur remained the highest at 44 degrees.
