Death anniversary of former prime minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto being observed
The Sindh Government has announced a public holiday in the province and has made foolproof security arrangements to facilitate the people arriving in Larkana to pay homage to the PPP founder.
KARACHI: The 40th death anniversary of former prime minister of Pakistan and the founding chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto is being observed across the country.
The PPP leadership will address a public gathering at Garhi Khuda Bakhsh Bhutto in Larkana.
Pakistan People's Party chairman and Bhutto's grandson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari is in Larkana along with the top leadership of the party in connection with the death anniversary of the former prime minister.

A ceremony was also due to be held at Jinnah Park in Rawalpindi
The PPP's local and Punjab leadership will attend the ceremony and highlight the achievements of Bhutto for democracy and people of Pakistan.
