One more Lahore woman alleges husband of domestic violence
As per the report, a woman named Sonia came forward narrating her experience of abuse at the hands of her husband who, she stated, would beat her after locking her in a room, as cited by the first information report (FIR).
LAHORE: One more incident of domestic violence has come to the forefront after a woman stepped forward accusing her husband of torturing her, reported Geo.tv.
As per the report, a woman named Sonia came forward narrating her experience of abuse at the hands of her husband who, she stated, would beat her after locking her in a room, as cited by the first information report (FIR).
Sonia had further alleged that apart from death threats, her husband would torture her by poking his fingers into her eyes.
It was revealed further that a case against the absconding suspect has been filed at Lahore’s Green Town police station while police added further that he will soon be apprehended after he is caught.
The incident is amongst the multiple that have come to surface after Lahore women Asma Aziz and Hajra came forward accusing their husbands of torturing them, leading to their eventual arrests last week.
