PM Imran's autographed bat, ball bring in millions for dam fund
The event in the Canadian city of Edmonton was attended by former chief justice of Pakistan Mian Saqib Nisar as well as Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Faisal Javed who on the occasion stated that around $22 billion worth of water goes to waste on an annual basis in the country.
Prime Minister Imran Khan’s autographed bat and ball managed to gather in a whopping millions of dollars at a fund-raiser for Diamer-Bhasha and Mohamand dams fund in Canada on Sunday.
According to reports, the autographed bat by the premier were auctioned drawing in a total amount of $17,000 whereas the ball was auctioned for $10,000.

He added that the government has devised a plan for the fund of Diamer-Bhasha and Mohamand dams’ construction.
