ISLAMABAD: Interior Minister Shehryar Afridi issued orders of a probe into the case of the kidnapping of two Hindu minor girls, summoning a report from IG Police Sindh.
The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader turned to Twitter publicizing that IG Sindh Kaleem Imam take notice of the case involving the abduction and forceful conversion of two Hindu girls from Ghotki district of the province while also summoning a report from him at earliest.
“I have asked IG Sindh to furnish me report at earliest against the abduction & forceful conversion of Two Minor Hindu Girls from Gotkhi Sindh.They r citizens of state of Pak & its our binding duty to protect them from tyrants who use religions for their personal matter#PakForAll,” he tweeted.
Earlier, Prime Minister Imran Khan had also directed an immediate inquiry as well as recovery of the two girls, as revealed by information minister Chaudhry Fawad.
