ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has praised the Pakistan Cricket Board, security forces and all the organisers for holding a successful PSL extravaganza in Pakistan.
The prime minister also congratulated Quetta Gladiators and Viv Richards for winning the PSL 2019 title.
“InshaAllah, the next PSL will be held entirely in Pakistan,” he further added.
The fourth edition of PSL, kicked off in UAE on February 14, successfully concluded in Karachi on Sunday with a grand finale and a extravagant closing ceremony at the National Stadium.
The PCB appreciated the Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah for his hectic efforts in organising the PSL matches in Karachi. The board had to reschedule Lahore matches at the last moment to Karachi due to certain logistical issues.
The international cricketers also praised the forces for providing them foolproof security during their stay in the city.
