KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has strongly condemned the arrest of Sindh Assembly speaker Agha Siraj Durrani from Islamabad on a ‘fake case’.
Addressing a media conference here on Wednesday, the PPP chairman said the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) law is a black law.
He said this is unfortunate that we could not make reforms in the laws of NAB.
Bilawal said we will not compromise on the 18th Amendment.
The PPP chairman termed the arrest of Durrani as attack on the Sindh Assembly.
“We are going to the court for protection of our rights and we are also ready to go to the public for voicing against injustice,” he added.
The PPP chairman said that NAB was established by former president Pervez Musharraf just for political engineering and it should be reformed.
