PM Imran claims his govt overcame most difficult challenge of stabilizing economy in six months

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that after overcoming the most difficult challenge of stabilizing economy during first six months of coming into power, the focus is now on promotion of growth of economy.
PM Imran Khan was talking to business community leaders here on Monday.
Imran Khan said, “There is positive sentiment among the international community towards economy of the country which needs to be capitalized.”
PM Khan said, “Trade and Investment is an important pillar of our foreign policy.”
The statement issued by ministry of information says, the Government is working on a comprehensive plan to encourage non-tax payers and informal sectors join the documented economy.
In this regard the Prime Minister invited the Business Community leaders to give their input and recommendations.
The Business Community leaders expressed complete confidence over the policies of the Government and the steps being taken to reduce cost of businesses and improving ease of doing business in the country.
President OICCI also briefed the Prime Minister about the plans to hold international investment conference which would highlight Pakistan’s economic potential before the international community.
