ISLAMABAD: Afghanistan has been conveyed that the country’s territory should not be used by Indian spy agency ‘RAW’ to create instability in Pakistan, Foreign Office spokesman Qazi Khalilullah said during the weekly news briefing on Thursday.
The spokesman when asked about ‘RAW’ using Afghan soil against Pakistan responded that Pak-Afghan bilateral relations prohibit the use of either country’s territory against the other.
Qazi Khalilullah also dismissed the presence of Daesh in Pakistan stating that the country’s security forces were ready to meet any threat.
The FO spokesman informed reports that Pakistan had strongly rejected allegations of the government having prior knowledge of the May 2, 2011 US raid on the compound of al-Qaeda chief Osma bin Laden in Abbottabad. Qazi Khalilullah said accusations made by American journalist Seymour Hersh were baseless.
