Crown Prince visit: Info Minister reviews coverage arrangements
Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman visit: The Principal Information Officer briefed the meeting about the arrangements made by the PID for effective display of the coverage in print, electronic and digital media.
Islamabad: Federal Minister for Information Chaudhry Fawad Hussain presided over a high level meeting to review arrangements made for the coverage of the visit of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud at the Press Information Department here today.
The Principal Information Officer briefed the meeting about the arrangements made by the PID for effective display of the coverage in print, electronic and digital media.
The Minister directed the Principal Information Officer to facilitate the media and ensure its effective projection.
The representatives of Pakistan Television Corporation briefed the meeting on the arrangements made for the coverage of the visit in a befitting manner.
The Minister directed PTV to share the content with private channels also.
Jamal Shah, Director General, Pakistan National Council of Arts briefed the meeting on the performance of cultural troupe and instrumental music at various venues during the visit.
The meeting was attended by Special Assistant to Prime Minister, Iftikhar Durrani; Special Assistant to Prime Minister; Yousaf Baig Mirza, Federal Secretary Information, Shafqat Jalil; Principal Information Officer, Mian Jehangir Iqbal and other senior officers/heads of the attached departments.
