NEW DELHI: Under pressure from the Indian government the official broadcaster of Pakistan Super League has suspended the telecast of league amid tensions with Islamabad over attack in Pulwama.
“We have suspended broadcast from of the league,” the Indian media quoted an official from D-Sport.
The company is yet to release an official statement on the matter, the report added.
Over 40 Indian soldiers were killed in a suicide attack in Pulwama district of Indian Occupied Kashmir earlier this week. Since then the BJP government has blamed Pakistan on the incident.
