Islamabad woman attacking car in viral video arrested along with husband
Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Muhammad Hamza Shafqaat confirmed that the Islamabad woman seen in the viral video smashing the car has been arrested along with her husband after the two were found embroiled in over 100 other criminal cases including robberies and drugs.
ISLAMABAD: A couple was taken into custody on Saturday after the wife started smashing her husband’s car in the middle of a busy street in the federal capital.
Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Muhammad Hamza Shafqaat confirmed that the woman seen in the viral video smashing the car has been arrested along with her husband after the two were found embroiled in over 100 other criminal cases including robberies and drugs.“The lady was arrested. Her husband was also arrested. It turns out they were involved in more than 100 criminal cases related to drugs and robberies,” Shafqaat confirmed on his official Twitter handle.
The widely-circulated video shows the woman attracting a hefty crowd around her as she attacked the car that reportedly belonged to her husband in Islamabad's F10 Markaz.
