ISLAMABAD: Rebuffing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan’s claims once again, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) on Thursday said the reports regarding identification of duplicate serial numbers in polling stations of the NA-122 constituency were not correct.
A spokesman for the NADRA told the media that the information being spread by ‘a political party’ was contrary to the fact.
“There is no mention of duplicate serial numbers in 30 polling stations of NA-122 in NADRA’s report,” he added.
Khan, earlier in the day had said that the ‘pre-scan’ report pertaining to rigging in NA-122 was given to him by the election tribunal not NADRA.

He was speaking to reporters after the judicial commission, formed to probe allegations of rigging in the 2013 general elections, concluded its hearing for the day.
The PTI chief said he had visited NADRA’s office to find out why there was a delay in the report and if there was any pressure.
Imran Khan’s clarification over the NA-122 ‘pre-scan’ report came after NADRA Chairman Usman Mubeen denied passing on any report or part thereof to the PTI chief.
