KARACHI: At least three suspected attackers were killed and two policemen injured when police retaliated an attack on one of its patrolling vehicles in the city’s Baldia neighbourhood late on Sunday.
Initial reports suggest that unidentified gunmen attacked a police mobile in Baldia’s Ittehad Town area, injuring at least two policemen. The attackers also hurled a hand grenade at the police mobile.
Police then opened fire on the assailants in retaliation, killing at least three suspected miscreants.
