Opposition stages NA walkout over development funds
ISLAMABAD: Opposition members in the National Assembly protested against discrimination in the distribution of development funds by staging a walkout.
Opposition Leader Sysyed Khursheed Shah speaking on the floor said funds should be distributed equally and discrimination would not be tolerated. “If women are not given funds, I will return the development funds as well,” Shah said.
