KARACHI: Bodies of two men were found in Karachi on Monday, with rescue workers saying both men had been shot dead before their bodies were dumped under the Lasbela bridge.
According to Superintendent of Police (SP) in Liaquatabad Tahir Noorani, a National Identity Card (NIC) was found on one of the victims identified as Jan Mohd Baloch.
The identity of the other victim was yet to be ascertained.
Rescue workers said both men were shot dead — one of them in the head — before their bodies were wrapped in a cloth and dumped under the bridge.
Police and rescue workers both said the ages of the victims were between 45 and 55 years.
SP Noorani said police had started its investigation into the incident.
