Gilgit-Baltistan will be equal to other parts of Pakistan, says PM
GILGIT: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Tuesday that Gilgit-Baltistan would be brought on the same level as other parts of Pakistan.
Addressing the Gilgit-Baltistan Council, Prime Minister Sharif emphasised that corruption was unacceptable and all expenditure should be conducted in a transparent manner.

GILGIT: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Tuesday that Gilgit-Baltistan would be brought on the same level as other parts of Pakistan.
Addressing the Gilgit-Baltistan Council, Prime Minister Sharif emphasised that corruption was unacceptable and all expenditure should be conducted in a transparent manner.
Gilgit-Baltistan Governor Birjees Tahir provided a briefing on development projects in the area. During the meeting the Gilgit-Baltistan Protection of Pakistan Bill 2015 and the budget for 2014-2015 were approved.
