PM Abbasi, Army Chief Bajwa arrive in S Arabia
Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa late on Sunday arrived in Saudi Arabia to attend the exercises of the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC).
RIYADH: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa late on Sunday arrived in Saudi Arabia to attend the exercises of the Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC).
As per details, Governer Dammam Sauf bin Nayaf Al-Saud and other Saudi dignitaries received PM led high-level delegation at King Abdulaziz Air Base Dhahran.
PM Abbasi, Chief of Army Staff , Defense Minister Khurram Dastgir and other members of the delegation will also witness the second stage of the Joint Gulf Shield military exercise, which has started in Saudi Arabia in collaboration with 24 countries.
Pakistani delegation arrived in S Arabia on the invitation of King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz, who had extended invitations to other countries to participate in the Joint Gulf Shield military exercise, including the United States, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Turkey.
