PESHAWAR: Unknown armed men killed five people of the same family in wee hours of Tuesday in Lala Kalay, Peshawar.
According to details, some unidentified men broke into the residence of civil servant Yahya in Lala Kalay and restored to firing, killing him and four of his family members.
Those were killed in firing were identified as Yahya's wife Kainat, 17-year-old sister-in-law Esha, and his two children, Shoaib, 5, 18-month-old Zohaib.
Police have launched the investigation into the matter to ascertain the possible motive of murders. While an investigation team has been advised to submit its report in a few days.
