SUKKUR: Opposition Leader in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah on Saturday said possibility of an alliance between Pakistan People's Party (PPP) and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) or seat adjustment between the two parties in the next general election cannot be ruled out.
Speaking to the media, he said it would be good sign if Asif Ali Zardari and Imran Khan embrace each other.
"Nothing final in politics," said he.
He replied in affirmative When asked whether Sherry Rehman would manage to secure slot Opposition Leader in the Senate.
The PPP and the PTI supported Sadiq Sanjrani, an independent Senator, in the election for the chairman of the upper house of the parliament.
