DUBAI: Tennis stalwart Sania Mirza paid a visit to Dubai International Stadium to cheer on hubby Shoaib Malik who is captaining debutants Multan Sultans during the incredible PSL 3 tournament.
She seemed happy and proud of her husband’s team that had managed to earn two consecutive victories against Peshawar Zalmi and Lahore Qalandars respectively during the start of the series.
“It’s always good to get those first couple of scores on the board, right? I think he is really excited to be with this new team as well from what I have heard…”, shared Sania.
When asked about her husband’s consistent habit of keeping fit, Sania replied that he (Shoaib) watches his diet and exercising regime better than her.
“He’s actually really good with his food and I think I am worse than he is but he is very disciplined.”
“He is a bit older than me as well so he needs to be (fit) I guess,” she added in a witty manner.
