Security forces regain control of Darra-e-Mastoul
RAWALPINDI: Military spokesman, Major General Asim Saleem Bajwa on Monday said that security forces have regained complete control of Darra-e-Mastoul area in Khyber tribal region, used by militants to cross into Afghanistan and back.

RAWALPINDI: Military spokesman, Major General Asim Saleem Bajwa on Monday said that security forces have regained complete control of Darra-e-Mastoul area in Khyber tribal region, used by militants to cross into Afghanistan and back.
Using his Twitter account, the military spokesman said the security forces have achieved major targets in yesterday's air raids in areas of Khyber Agency and Pak-Afghan border as part of the ongoing operation Khyber-1.
Earlier, there were unconfirmed reports of the death of the proscribed Tehrik-i-Taliban (TTP) chief Mullah Fazlullah in Tirah Valley area of Khyber Agency. However, the reports were later denied by both the TTP leadership and security sources.
Using his Twitter account, the military spokesman said the security forces have achieved major targets in yesterday's air raids in areas of Khyber Agency and Pak-Afghan border as part of the ongoing operation Khyber-1.
