RAWALPINDI: The Frontier Corps on Monday arrested six terrorists affiliated with the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) during intelligence-based operations (IBOs) conducted under the Operation Raddul Fasaad in Rustam Darbar, Dera Bugti and Killi Deba areas in Balochistan.
According to an ISPR statement, explosives, arms and ammunition including anti-personal mines, detonators and communications equipment were also recovered from the arrested terrorists.
Meanwhile, Punjab Rangers along with police and intelligence agencies arrested 12 facilitators of terrorists and recovered illegal weapons/ammunition from their possession during IBOs conducted in Attock, Rawalpindi and Sargodha, the statement concluded.
