THATTA: At least 13 people including women and children died when a boat capsized near Thatta, according to Geo News.
According to Thatta's Deputy Commissioner 11 people were pulled to safety when the boat capsized after colliding with another boat.
Geo TV reported that 60 pilgrims were going to attend an event at the shrine of a Sufi saint on two boats.
Police said two children and women were among the dead.
The bodies were shifted to the Sheikh Zaid Hospital in Sakro.
They police said resuce officials were still searching for the survivors.
