MIAMI, Florida: A video showcasing a massive tiger shark swimming in shallow waters of the sea has gone viral over the internet.
The one-and-half-minute clip clearly shows a giant shark swimming right near beachgoers, without any one of them noticing.
The incident was observed by a man Kenny Melendez while he was flying his drone. Kenny described how the shark got too dangerously close to swimmers.
People say it is normal for sharks to swim to the shallow part of the sea at this time of year, as it is currently migration season for them. However, they should remain calm and composed if a shark swims too close to them.
“They don’t hang around too long. It’s their home and we are in it,” said Vince Canosa, chief of Miami Each Ocean Rescue.
Fortunately, no injuries or deaths were reported in the incident.
