This Californian man covering the 'Longest distance swinging on rings while hula hooping' emerged on the pages of Guinness World Record (GWR) book.

To prepare for his first record, Mr. O developed a carefully-thought plan which would help him to learn how to navigate the rings while hula hooping, following a strict fitness regime and diet program.
