LAHORE: Chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Tahirul Qadri on early Monday arrived at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore, where he lashed out at PML-N led government, demanding to make public the Justice Baqar Najafi Commission Report on Model Town incident.
Talking to media at airport, Qadri said that he had come back to seek justice for the victims of Model Town incident, adding that he will soon announce his future strategy in this connection after consultations with party leaders.
While demanding to make public the Justice Baqar Najafi Commission Report on Model Town incident, Qadri said that his party will continue its struggle for the justice and Qisas of the victims. He added that the elements, who were held responsible for the incident in the commission’s report, must be exposed.
“The rulers can not protect those who shed the blood of innocent people,” he added.
A number of PAT leaders and supporters were present around the airport to welcome their leader.
