LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Monday said that his party has no militant wing, adding that MQM does not believe in violent politics.

LONDON: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Monday said that his party has no militant wing, adding that MQM does not believe in violent politics.
Hussain went on to say that MQM doesn’t want any confrontation with law enforcement agencies but party workers still have the right to stage peaceful protests.
The MQM chief further said that the party is of a democratic, liberal and progressive mindset and it treats everyone equally.
He also clarified that MQM has no concern with the people campaigning against Police and Rangers on social media.
