PAF’s C-130 airlifts relief goods to Iran
The Pakistan Air Force C-130 aircraft landed back at the PAF Nur Khan after delivering relief goods for the earthquake affected areas of Iran.
ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Air Force C-130 aircraft landed back at the PAF Nur Khan after delivering relief goods for the earthquake affected areas of Iran.
The aircraft had carried more than 12 tons of relief goods, including 165 tents, 1050 blankets, 200 tarpaulin, 200 plastic mats, perishable items and other supplies.
The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) of Pakistan had dispatched the humanitarian relief assistance to the earthquake victims of Iran.
PAF’s transport fleet has always been in the forefront of helping the calamity stricken people in the country as well as the friendly countries.
Pakistan and Iran enjoy a long-standing friendship, which has been reflected by the fact that Iran had accepted aid from Pakistan only.
