Abdul Rashid Ghazi murder case: Musharraf ordered to appear in court
ISLAMABAD: The court of Additional Sessions Judge on Tuesday, ordered former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf to appear in court on April 2 for the hearing of Abdul Rashid Ghazi’s murder case.
The court also issued a bailable arrest warrant for Musharraf and ordered release only on submission of surety bond worth Rs100,000.

ISLAMABAD: The court of Additional Sessions Judge on Tuesday, ordered former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf to appear in court on April 2 for the hearing of Abdul Rashid Ghazi’s murder case.
The court also issued a bailable arrest warrant for Musharraf and ordered release only on submission of surety bond worth Rs100,000.
Any requests for Musharraf’s exemption from appearance in court have also been rejected.
During a visit to Karachi on March 8, the former president said that he supported military courts and believed in the presence of the Army, the country was out of danger.
He also denied all allegations leveled against him giving military courts his full support.
