RAWALPINDI: Army Chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa said on Tuesday that any misadventure along the border would meet befitting response from Pakistan.
Gen Bajwa expressed these views while presiding over the 75th annual Formation Commanders Conference here.
An ISPR statement said the participants of the conference were briefed on the ongoing Raddul Fasaad, geostrategic situation, operational preparedness against conventional threats and matters of national security.
Appreciating the performance of soldiers, the COAS said stability had been attained after the sacrifices of security forces.
Gen Bajwa informed the conference of his recent visits to the frontline field formations along the eastern and western frontiers, appreciating operational preparedness there.
