KARACHI: A district and sessions court, south, on Tuesday awarded death sentence to two men in the murder case of noted artist Ismail Gulgee, his wife and their maid.
The Additional Judicial Magistrate South awarded three consecutive life sentences to Akram and Anwar. Both were working as domestic servant at the house of Gulgee.
The court also ordered the convicts to pay a fine of Rs100,000 each.
Ismail Gulgee, his wife and their maid were found strangulated to death at their house in Clifton area in December 2007.
