FAISALABAD: PPP leader Faisal Saleh Hayat and his driver were injured in a road accident here late Wednesday night.
Motorway Police said that the vehicle of Faisal Saleh Hayat collided with a trailer near Ameenpur. As a result, the PPP leader and his driver were injured.
They were shifted to Allied Hospital where the condition of the driver is stated to be critical. However, the condition of Hayat was out of danger, hospital sources said.
Police said that overspeeding caused the accident.
