RAWALPINDI: A local commanders level hotline contact was established at Rawalakot- Poonch sector on LoC last night between Pakistan and Indian Army authorities, said the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) on Tuesday in a statement.
"Indian counterpart was told that there has been no Ceasefire Violations or crossing of line of control by Pakistani troops from Pakistan side nor mutilation of Indian soldiers bodies," said the Pakistan army rejecting allegations levelled by Indian army.

"Pakistan remains fully committed to maintain peace and tranquility along the Line of Control and expect same from other side and hope prudence is exercised and no steps are taken that may lead to vitiating of environment and affect peace along LoC,"it said.
The ISPR said a routine DGMO (Director General Military Operations) level hotline was also likely later in the day.
