GUJRANWALA: Army Chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa on Friday vowed to clean Pakistan from 'fasaadis' with the support of nation.
Addressing to officers during his visit to Gujranwala Garrison, the army chief said that the war against terrorism would continue. He lauded the morale and preparedness of the soldiers.
On the occasion, the COAS was briefed on the operational preparedness of Gujranwala Corps, ongoing Operation Raddul Fasaad and census.
Earlier, the Army Chief was received by Corps Commander Gujranwala Lieutenant General Ikram ul Haque upon arrival, an ISPR statement said,.
Later, Army Chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa also paid a visit to Pasrur Cantonment and met with officers.
