KARACHI: Two teachers and a student of the University of Karachi have been arrested as they were going to hold a media conference here at the Karachi Press Club on Saturday.
This was informed by another University teacher Dr Naveen at the Press Club after the teachers could not reach the venue of the press conference.
Among the arrested persons, Dr Riaz and Mehar Afroz Murad are teachers at the University while Naghmana Shaikh is a student.
All three were taken to an unknown place.
