Non-uniformed policemen caught abusing power in Faisalabad
FAISALABAD: Residents of a neighbourhood in Faisalabad took action against non-uniformed policemen who were caught abusing their power.
The four policemen entered a house in the neighbourhood wearing plain clothes without a warrant and misbehaved with the women inside. After hearing screams, residents of the neighbourhood gathered at the house and locked the four policemen inside a room.

FAISALABAD: Residents of a neighbourhood in Faisalabad took action against non-uniformed policemen who were caught abusing their power.
The four policemen entered a house in the neighbourhood wearing plain clothes without a warrant and misbehaved with the women inside. After hearing screams, residents of the neighbourhood gathered at the house and locked the four policemen inside a room.
Residents said there was no gambling at this house, while receiving news of the incident SP Iqbal Town Zulfiqar Ahmed arrived and after negotiations secured the release of the policemen.
SP Zulfiqar Ahmed said action would be taken against the four policemen for raiding the house.
