DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Gunman killed five people including four policemen on late Thursday night in a latest attack on law enforcement agencies in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The attack comes few hours after a suicide bomber killed over 70 people in an attack on the shrine of a Sufi saint in country’s south.
According to Geo News, the gunmen opened fire on a police patrol near Mission roundabout killing four officers and an employee of a petrol pump.
The deceased were identified as ASI Rehmatullah, Rashid Noman, Irshad and Shahmi. The TV said police have launched an investigation into the attack.
There was no claim of responsibility for the attack.
